On March 24, 2024, a Facebook user posted a photo to a Facebook group showing an aerial view of a building. The above view is also associated with the claim in English that this is the view of the train station in Phnom Penh in 2024.

The above claim may be believed by some Facebook users to be true, as many of these claims have been shared several times by active Facebook users.

A photo of the same shape was found and published by The Nation on October 21, 2022. It was not confirmed that this was a view of the train station in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In contrast, it is the Bang Sue Grand Station, located in Bangkok, Thailand.
